  • HALL RENTAL – 20% Discount to all residents
  • Charitable Events/ School Events $30
  • Hourly rate $35 per hour for up to 3 Hours
  • Small side (north) – $175  ($140 resident)
  • Large side (south) – $250 ($200 resident)  
  • Whole Hall – $400 ($320 resident)
  • Dance – $125 additional (nonrefundable)
  • Refundable Deposit of $100 due with rental agreement
